Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. That’s why you have 7 days to return any unwanted items to us. Any returned items must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging.

• All items must be in original condition with original tags attached. All products that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.
• Due to the hygiene and intimate nature of swimwear, lingerie, activewear, accessories, and jewelry products are not eligible for return.
• Items explicitly marked as “Sale.” or purchased with applied discounts are not eligible for return.
No Bank or Card Refund: Refunds will only be provided as store credit to your customer wallet with us.

Process for Return or Exchange:

• Reach out to our client service team within 2 days of receiving your order.
• Provide your receipt detail, along with details about the item(s) you intend to return/exchange and the reason behind your decision.
• Our client service team will guide you through the return/exchange process.
• An item can only be exchanged once.
